Rochester Dems, Republicans and RINO and True Conservatives alike all say the Office of Mayor is "Non Partisan".  What does that mean anymore when Norton is invited by Smith to attend Biden's SOTU.  I will let the experts explain this one because, in my opinion, they simply want us little people to believe that politics does not exist at all in Rochester, Minnesota.  Norton supports Tina Smith.  Norton supports Joe Biden.  Norton ran and held office as a "Democrat".  She may have left the party, but...  look at what she does.
