Let’s get our creeks back for our fun, fishing, swimming, and travel up to the high water mark! It’s WE THE PEOPLE’S waterways and travel routes! No one is cruising a barge up a creek bed, but if it can float a kayak, it counts as public waterway and travel routes and we need the high water mark laws *back* to allow access around paddling obstacles; to allow children to catch crawdads again without fears of committing a crime just by walking the creek bed. This isn’t heavily regulated an half privately taped off Montana- this is our good ol Kentucky home!!! We were made in the creeks, woods, and hollers. Let’s return to them without fears of prosecution up to the high water mark while respecting land owners and stimulating more recreation in our wonderful and great Bluegrass state ♥️ 🏊‍♀️ 🎣 🛶 🚶‍♀️
