The trees on the site of Truslove House have been cut down leaving nothing but an empty wasteland to make ready for redeveloping.

At the same time, protests have been happening around the country and in Glasgow for the COP26 conference, to call for change in how we approach life and the environment.

This does not affect Lambeth Council that continues through its company, HfL, to fell trees and plan the demolition of its estates for no social benefit and considerable damage, disruption and cost.

Come and support the protest to Lambeth Council and Homes for Lambeth to Refurbished, Not Demolished.

Monday 8th November, 5 - 6.30, outside the Youth and Community Hub on Central Hill Est, SE19 1AA.

Saturday 13th November, 10 - 11.30am, outside Christ Church hall, Gipsy Hill, SE19 1DP.

The council have also given planning permission for a play area that only facilitates their plans to build a path across the green space.

Please follow this link to object to an eight storey development on Highland Road.  It's a private development on the Central Hill Estate.
