Hello,

A new development is planned for a piece of privately-owned land on the estate, 3 Highland Road, which currently houses temporarily-housed people.   

The owner would like to develop the land into 22 flats, I imagine, and is consulting on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th June, 6pm and 2pm respectively. The plans will include a six storey block of flats and it does seem that access will be difficult for so many when fully occupied.
