Savills has put in an application for amendments to the planning committee. These amount to not delaying the demolition until all the documentation on the new build is ready. They are asking that they can go ahead with the demolition despite not knowing where the drainage is going to be; how the landscaped areas are going to look; calculating the carbon emission, or assessing the overheating and noise of the new property. This is important information, and should be provided before demolishing the existing building.
