Dear Supporter,

The new Central Hill Estate is not for the local community.  Of the 1,184 flats planned to be built, 62% are to be sold on the open market to investors and individuals who can afford to pay such high prices.  They may live in them, but most will rent out or leave properties empty to provide for their own future financial security.

Please continue to share the petition.  Let the council hear our voice loud and clear. Environmentally, this does not make sense, nor ethically, nor financially.  This needs to be stopped.
