We, the undersigned customers of Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection, request immediate refunds for this unfinished and broken product. The online experience that was promised to us does not work aa intended, and since October 2025, this issue has not been resolved.   Lobbies freeze, they crash, and one person with a bad connection can ruin an entire live stream without any sort of kick feature in place, to remove trolls that deliberately sabotage live streams on YouTube and online sessions in general.

Online play was a major reason many of us bought this title, and that promise hasn’t been met. We paid for a working product, not a broken one. These issues are not being fixed , we were lied to with promises of working rollback netcode, and therefore, since the online experience is often times unplayable, we want our money back for every copy we have purchased. 

…..and Yes, I reached out to Digital Eclipse in both YouTube video shorts and messages to address these issues. Ofcourse every video I have made has been ignored and most recently, my message on discord to one of the devs was deleted.
