I am a distraught resident of the Madeira II in the Islands at Doral community. In recent times, I've been faced with the unjust reality of having cars towed from in front of my house without proper notice or consent. This unfair practice has not only caused personal inconvenience but also created a troubling atmosphere in our peaceful community. Weekly disputes have taken place due to these abrupt towing actions.

Unfortunately, this is not an issue isolated to my residence alone but has negatively impacted numerous households in our community. The current towing policy lacks the necessary transparency and fairness that residents of Islands at Doral deserve. Not all residents are capable of checking the condominiums bulletin board, so before making any changes in this community we suggest to be notified with letters in each doors. 

In fact, according to the American Automobile Association (AAA), towing disputes are among the top five complaints received each year, particularly in densely populated communities like ours. This raises serious concerns about the ethical practices and lack of communication by the towing companies. Heeding the AAA's recommendation, it's time to implement fair warning and notification practices in our community.

We request a thorough review and necessary reform of the current towing policies in Madeira II, and the rest of the Islands at Doral communities.
