Government Authority Is Being Challenged in Court – Finally.

On 13 May 2025, the High Court in London will hear Leighton v Ministry of Justice — a citizen-led case exposing unlawful enforcement and challenging how authority is delegated and abused.

The government failed to respond to legal action in time. Then they admitted in writing that this case is of public interest and could help clarify people’s rights.

This is the exact same problem we face in the financial system.

Central banks, commercial banks, and unelected institutions create debt out of thin air, enforce it with aggressive penalties, and hide behind regulations no one voted for.

Now, we are watching the legal foundations of that abuse being questioned in court.

One case won’t fix everything. But it proves:

The people have more power than they think.
