Good morning,

I'm very eager to share the path we've taken to make sure MSCS is not only providing resources to students who need them and in a timely manner, but I'm also eager to share a streamlined Order of Events that finally leads to a feasible resolution. After the conclusion of the pending OCR Complaint, I intend to share all I have. If you or someone you know needs guidance or assistance with getting resources for your or any child in MSCS or if your child or a child you know is being threatened with rescission for behavior, academics, or attendance (i.e. General Choice Transfer), please do not hesitate to reach out to me any time: ouryouthmem@gmail.com.

In the meantime, feel free to review the results of a different OCR Complaint showcasing MULTIPLE YEARS and SEVERAL INCIDENTS of SEXUAL ASSAULT of children within MSCS:

YEARS OF MSCS SEXUAL ASSUALTS VIOLATIONS OF TITLE IX

In addition to being your child's advocate, or having an advocate come to the school/meetings with you, OCR Complaints, Administrative Complaints, and Due Process Hearings are great tools for parents to use when MSCS refuses to take action to serve and protect students.

I recommend always starting with a complaint to MSCS Parent Welcome Center.
