I'm very eager to share the path we've taken to make sure MSCS is not only providing resources to students who need them and in a timely manner, but I'm also eager to share a streamlined Order of Events that finally leads to a feasible resolution. After the conclusion of the pending OCR Complaint, I intend to share all I have. In addition to being your child's advocate, or having an advocate come to the school/meetings with you, OCR Complaints, Administrative Complaints, and Due Process Hearings are great tools for parents to use when MSCS refuses to take action to serve and protect students.
