Last April, I did my grade 12 graduation assessment tests, which I had to postpone due to having too many assessments to complete in January to be able to reliably get a passing result on all of them if I did them all at once. However, I ended up being very fatigued when I did my grade 12 assessments due to having to finish some very important assignments the week before. I have now been informed that I got a passing result on my English 12 assessment, but that I did not get one on my French 12 assessment. I will now have to redo my French 12 assessment next week on the same day as the youth queer prom organized by the Victoria Pride Society, which will begin just 3 hours after I have to submit my assessment. This is a yearly event that I really look forward to, and due to my April test results, I may not feel well enough to attend it now, as the assessments are very physically draining for me. This news is both soul-crushing since I may not be able to go to the queer prom and extremely anxiety-inducing as this will be my last chance to get a passing result on this assessment.
