Second Revision

Hello supporters,

I've researched more about Sacramento transit, and just transit in general, and I've decided to make a second revision to the petition description. After this, I will be posting the petition in the greater Sacramento area in public areas (with permission of course.) I will also reach out to public news agencies, look out for those.
