I will be making Small but Important Changes to our petition to include  Work From Home timings in our working hours. Nowadays most a lot of employees are working from home and a lot them have complained that their respective companies' make them work till late by giving stupid excuses that the employee is saving travelling time. 

Companies should be told that an employee's travelling time is not their working hour And above everything the labour laws do not change just because someone is working from home. 

I will also be mentioning the increased liability of Human Resources Teams in organisations, as it is their responsibility to make sure that the companies are abiding by the laws of the country.
