The sheer number of people supporting this petition proves the need for this petition now more than ever. At the time of writing this, around 1,16,148 people have signed this petition. This number is much lower than the actual number of people suffering from this oppression. Mainly due to the fear among people of being fired for standing up for what is right. They forget if no one had stood up then India would still have been under British rule. Standing up for what is right is difficult and can have consequences. But it is needed. Nothing good comes from doing nothing. So ask people sign this petition and if they aren't ask why. They need to know that no company can fire them for standing up for their rights. They cannot fire them over this as that would be illegal. So ask. Get this noticed. Don't expect anyone else to fight for you. Just signing and leaving wouldn't help anyone. You have to fight for what is right.
