Thank you to everyone who signed the petition. Over 2,000 signatures really demonstrates how strongly local people feel about the issues raised!
The Petition was presented by our SW London Assembly Member at a plenary meeting of the Greater London Assembly in November and we are awaiting a response from the Mayor.
I also met with representatives from Transport for London, the Greater London Assembly, Richmond Borough council and our local St Margarets councillors on Friday 9th January. We spent time walking around St Margarets roundabout and the A316 discussing all the issues raised in the petition which TfL agreed to investigate. We should have a response from both the Mayor and the TfL contingency within 20 working days (7th Feb).
Many thanks for your support.
