I have emailed our local MP and asked him for a meeting several times, each time he has ignored me asking to meet him to discuss this and simply forwarded me a sheet with road speeds on, which I have told him I am well aware of and listed the reasons with the proven speeds and why I think we require these measures on this road. He has said he will speak to the police and council and come back to me, I’m not holding my breath, so I will contact him again on Monday to see if he has actually done anything.
