I have a strong belief that the Italian stereotypical hand gesture should be made into an official emoji. There have been many situations I’ve had while texting where I wanted to express the emotion of “WHATA YOU MEAN??” or “WHATA YOU TALKING ABOUT??” in a minimalistic and efficient fashion.
