Since launching the petition, we have received a tremendous response from concerned customers, with thousands of signatures and many comments expressing their disappointment and frustration with the recent changes. This demonstrates the significant impact that these changes have had on customers and their willingness to take action to bring about change.
We have also seen via news articles that Woolworths are aware of the feedback from customers. We hope that this indicates that they are taking these concerns seriously and are considering ways to address them.
However, there has been no official response from Woolworths regarding any changes to its rewards programs and delivery services. Therefore, we urge customers to continue voicing their concerns directly to Woolworths through their feedback form or social media channels:
