Thank you to all those who signed the petition so far. This very important issue affects all the Albanian Diaspora worldwide as the Albanian government is defiant in not recognizing the rights of ALL DIASPORA ie: voting rights, property rights.
If Legal Succession of Heirs documents are not recognized and cannot be registered in the Albanian Private Property Registry that means any legal heir will not be able to be listed as owners of said properties. This is an infringement on your rights accorded by the Constitution of Albania.
All Albanians and their legal heirs have a right to own property!
