Since starting this petition we have inspired more than 200 people to act on this issue, broaden awareness, and drive it closer to victory.

Thank you everybody for giving this your backing and your voice.

But we are still just a pebble on the beach; a long way yet before we can have enough voices to seriously grab the U.K. government’s attention, and by that effect, the whole world’s.

It is not going to be easy to reach our goal. It is not going to be easy to force the U.K. and the world to answer the plight of the Turkish Cypriots, but shares will lead to broadening awareness for this campaign — driving it closer to victory, and ultimately to a final pragmatic solution on Cyprus.

With your help and the help of many more people to come, we will continue the uphill struggle and keep moving the one and only way we must ever allow - forward!

When our presence is enough we will be able to locate bills being debated in parliament, and make MPs aware of the existence of the petition, and work with Change.org to make the necessary arrangements while also contacting our local MPs and expressing our support for those bills.

Until that time, let’s keep pushing to get this petition seen. People will support us. The greater our numbers the greater our strength.
