I initially sent a letter to Clarington council in June 2023, while still on the board. Unfortunately, the letter was removed from council agenda and never addressed.

For reference, here is the clip where councillor Corinna Traill made a motion to fund 100% of the air conditioning and neither Willie nor Marg seconded.
