Thanks to a recent bipartisan Congressional Bill (H.R. 3095), Scarsdale Village has a chance to be potentially included in a Congressional ZIP Code Bill that already includes more than 70 towns across the country. But time is of the essence—we need to mobilize support for Scarsdale Village's inclusion before the Bill passes or is incorporated into other federal legislation.
