⏳ There’s urgency. Congress could vote on the ZIP Code Bill (H.R. 8753) or incorporate it into another piece of legislation at any time. If Scarsdale Village isn’t added to the bill before that happens, we could miss a rare and valuable opportunity. USPS petitions for ZIP code changes are rarely approved, and Congressional intervention is even more uncommon, according to many publicly available sources.
