Unfortunately, I have recieved an E-mail from IMAX stating that there are currently no plans of re-releasing TENET in India.

This is highly discouraging, Yes. 
However, do not lose hope. Keep sharing this petition and contacting the concerned entities.

Even if the re-release doesn't happen this month like in North America, Canada, the UK and Australia, it is still possible it will happen later if the demand for it is clear!
