Update:
Its been months since we reached out to Wilmington Police Chief Ron Cravens and Clinton County Prosecutor Andrew McCoy and neither will answer any questions regarding the key and critical evidence that was destroyed during Casey's investigation. According to the ORC Evidence Preservation laws crimes were committed once the evidence was destroyed before the conclusion of the investigation. Key evidence was destroyed just a few days after the suspect failed his polygraph test, why? The evidence and reluctance to answer simple questions points to a cover up.
Feel free to email the Chief and Prosecutor asking them, what happened to Casey's evidence, the clothes she was wearing? Why was evidence destroyed before the conclusion of the investigation? Why will you not answer this grieving family's simple questions? If felony crimes were indeed committed during Casey's investigation by investigators, then how come nothing has been done? Why has no one been charged? What's going on here?
