The continuation of the Public Hearing is this morning at 9:00 AM! It will be held virtually and you can attend via your phone or computer. The Webex login details are available on the DEQ website. 

EVERYONE is encouraged to submit written comments — the more the better.

If you use this link, your comments will be sent to the Hearing Officer, DEQ-Mining, the Governor, the RDUAA and 65 local elected officials. If you email directly, make sure you cc: the Hearing Officer who will provide a summary of the public comments and recommendations to DEQ-Mining:
