The Mayor of The Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames, Councillor Sushila Abraham, has overridden the decision of council officers to refuse permission - based on unspecified "legislation" - for this petition to be debated this coming Tuesday 12 October 2021 at Full Council starting at 19.30 at The Guildhall

If the council sells The Guildhall to become a boutique hotel, this could be one of the last opportunities we have to attend a public meeting in the heart of our Borough

Please attend the meeting and give me your support if you can

We need to show each of the people we have elected to represent us the strength of feeling against the demolition of The Kingfisher and against the way in which decisions about the future of our Borough are being made without our knowledge or influence

These councillors have said they will attend the meeting of Full Council.
