Over 1200 people have now signed the petition, a councillor has  resigned, with the proposed demolition of The Kingfisher being the tipping point, and there is increasing talk on social media and face to face about the Council's plans

As we get more and more people to say we do not want The Kingfisher to be demolished in these circumstances, we will also stand more chance of getting press coverage which will support our cause
