There are so many reasons why The Kingfisher Leisure Centre should be preserved and reopened as soon as possible

The council will decide on this application by 16 September 2021

The more people who sign this petition, the more likely it is that the council will take the petition seriously and stop their plans to demolish The Kingfisher

We owe it to the children of the Borough at the very least to ensure that a swimming pool and all the facilities at The Kingfisher Leisure Centre are available for their use in the very near future.

After all, how can we know our children are safe if they decide to play by or go in the river unless they are confident swimmers?

How can we safely be a riverside town without its own pool?
