FRDI or NO FRDI - Our deposits are not safe with bank given their right to repudiate laws

Wonder whether Banks have been unofficially authorised to launder our deposits / money with banks despite no enactment of FRDI Bill ?? If not being so, why in a matter of fraud and moral perverision pending since almost six years Sr. Authorities of Bank of Baroda, under due knowledge of their MD & CEO, have conveyed in writing to me on 20th Dec'17, with a copy of mail to Banking Codes and Standard Bank of India, they reserve the right to contravene all laws defeating the purpose of having contract with them while demeaning provisions of various Banking Laws in not taking responsibility of safety, security, secrecy and due diligence of our account? They dared to say so despite Transparency International India having forwarded the matter to VIGILANCE of Bank of Baroda. They dared to say so despite a petition on the matter is lying pending with RBI. This, admittedly and evidently proves, they appear to have been authorised, though unofficially, to exercise power excess to as vested on them by various Laws, Regulations, Rules, Codes, Policies and Acts laundering our deposits with banks making our hard earned Money HIGHLY UNSAFE. Under Article 300 A of Constitution of India, except by the authority of law, no person or organisation has the authority to deprive us of our property. Common citizens should not be taken for granted either to 'Bail-In" , or, "Bail-Out" banks with high NPAs. Inefficiency of Govts and RBI/Banks to recover loans from Corporates, Elite Class & Political masters should not be passed onto common citizens depriving them of their HARD EARNED MONEY and means of survival. If you agree and eager to protect your deposits and money with banks, standing united we have to raise our voice, or, else we have to remain at the mercy of adminstrators squeezing our blood. Sign this petition to protect our hard earn money. As a citizen we also have the right to survive with dignity.
