Some people are fortunate to be in a position to pay top price for high-end gaming essentials. Most of us, are not.

It has come to light that this promotion code was not an intentional one. However, why should we, the consumers, have to suffer for this mistake? We have paid for our Razer products, and we want Razer to deliver.

Before you decide to throw legal jargon at us and squirrel your way out of this bargain, I want you to consider the hundreds of people you will be screwing out of what they thought was a deal. People that, assuming your faith in your products, will come back and pay top price when they have the funds to do so. It only takes one taste of the best to never want to settle for anything less. And these people that will feel incredibly cheated and disappointed if you decide to cancel our orders.

I understand that some of the people using this promotional code may have used it for their own gain, squandering as many items as possible for the resale value. And I agree, this isn't a fair course of action. You can put a stop to that. But it would not be hard for you to differentiate and react accordingly, I'm sure.

Please honour the orders. We want to be able to use the best gear too, and I reiterate, we shouldn't have to suffer for your mistake.
