September 3, Chennai: Today we met the minister (7th visit since Aug 14), he told us that he has spoken to the Transport Commissioner regarding Auto fare revision and asked us to do further follow up with the transport commissioner. The Transport commissioner confirmed to us that fare revision is under consideration and the file is now with the home department though he denied knowledge of how long the decision would take but thinks it can be expected soon.
