Tell them SB 166 is not only discriminatory, passage of this bill would PENALIZE LEGAL IMMIGRANTS with EADs NOT related to DACA to DAPA, add significant costs on employers and the state in its implementation to determine which particular immigrants with EADs are affected by this law, will negatively affect not just the intended DACA & DAPA beneficiaries, but also their immediate U.S. citizen family dependents (spouses, children and parents), PENALIZE state and private businesses who lawfully employ EAD holders, as well as FRUSTRATE and IMPEDE the ability of foreign students to lawfully attend Kansas schools, colleges and universities.
