Yesterday was not the day I had planned, woke not being able to move eventually managing in the end, I won’t give up, my head and shoulder were stuck solid 
I tried all day to release it nothing worked heat wrap or medication
So at 9pm after being in so much agony for 13 hours I had had enough so went to A&E
After waiting for 3 hours in agony it was getting worse a Doctor called me and I must say I had the best treatment
They wanted to sedate me so with a cannula in place they started
I eventually slept for 3 hours and the muscles had relaxed and I finally could lift my head up
I was discharged at 7.30 this morning.
I now can feel them ready to start again, I was given a Prescription but haven’t managed to yet, I told the doctor how good he was and I really was grateful just keeping my fingers crossed for tonight that it’s not as severe!
I also have just been reviewed by psychiatrist this afternoon as my Dystonia has affected my Mental Health 

On the horizon good news I have been referred to the Queens hospital in London but don’t know how long I will have to wait, hopefully not to long

I feel a bit broken today � but I’m much more upright
