Dystonic Tremors are very similar to an Essential Tremor which the actor who plays Daniel in Coronation Street has. People that have Parkinson’s get a Tremor and it is very similar to that.
It tends to be in the area that you get Dystonia but you can have a Tremor on it’s own, they are very annoying and troublesome.
So someone with Dystonia in their neck very often have a head tremor and the head wobbles uncontrollably, I personally do have a head tremor but it is controlled by my Botox injections in my neck. I also have a tremor of my jaw which is very disturbing, lots of people get tremors in their hands making a lot of daily tasks impossible or very hard, like not being able to carry drinks and dropping food between the plate and the mouth. Being unable to cook as you never know when your tremor is going to happen I find writing very difficult and it now looks like a wobbly mess!
Tremors are embarrassing and people tend to stare which makes it even worse.
You can have medication for this but it is not always suitable and has lots of side effects.
