The average monthly salary for Teacher jobs in the Philippines ranges from PHP 25,000 to PHP 28,000. Educators and the like, occasionally they get tired too. The stress and pressure that comes from the job have become increasingly overwhelming. Teachers are expected to do more with less time and less financial support. Each year something more is added to their plates, but nothing is taken away. Designing learning outcomes that mean something and are an effective way to measure student potential and success is a big challenge for them. Meeting those learning outcomes and having solid indicators to prove this, all the while easing the paperwork and the excel sheets of the teachers have become unthinkable. They experience "brain drain" all for their students growth. It is a teachers job to put the growth of their students as their main priority. They also have the responsibility to make sure that the students desires are made to reality. Everything they do is for us students and yet society is treating them no less than a human. It might be an exaggeration but that is not the point. Teachers/Educators deserves more. Increase their minimum wage and let us respect our educators as they have done everything to make sure our ambitions are recognized.
