Thanks to the hard work of our USAS Local 27 organizers and the steadfast support from hundreds of our supporters on campus we are proud to announce our campaign has begun to produce results.

Due to the pressure from the supporters of our campaign, meetings between USAS Local 27 and the administration, and the data showing student workers are in desperate need of increased wages the University has agreed to create a Taskforce looking into raising wages.

But, our work is far from done. We cannot let this committee take four years to raise wages by a $1. We need student workers on the committee advocating for themselves and their coworkers.

We need to keep the university accountable.
