RTI Request Reply From Railway

Hello everyone, In mean time i have also filed RTI in which i have requested from railway to give the details of benefit which should be given to consumer if due to laxity of Indian railway refund is delayed.Response is follow Reply :- As per refund rules there is no provision for any additional benefit to the customers. However,if mistake is from Railway Employees then concern Employee may be taken up/ warned suitably for lapses.
