This petition is in honour of a beautiful dog named Alaska who lost her life in a terrible and tortourous way due to a barbaric act that should not be legal. Alaska was recently rescued at just 9 months old and was just beginning her new life in an amazing home when she was murdered on private land! A "man" had set up bait and snares on land that wasn't even his and Alaska got caught in his snare, panicked and strangled herself to death! This act is completely barbaric and in no way shape or form humane for any animal. There is zero reason that any animal should suffer this kind of death and change needs to happen and it needs to happen fast! Let's speak for these animals with no voice!
