A highly distinguished member of Quora, Master William Lawyer has been banned by Quora Moderation, on highly questionable grounds.

Master Lawyer is one of the most well-acclaimed young voices of Quora, and a highly respectful, highly respectable advocate for presenting the opinions of pro-life people, clearing the overwhelming misrepresentation pro-life people suffer, and keeping the ensuing debate between pro-life and pro-choice people civil and honest.

Whatever motive Quora Moderation might have - not ulterior, I hope - for suddenly banning Master Lawyer's account and denying him his platform to voice his opinions, they will only harm the common people who require a knowledgeable voice of reason to learn about unfamiliar political topics.

Master Lawyer is a friend, a mentor, and role model to many young people on Quora, and his honest, zealous efforts have helped unite people of differing opinions concerning sensitive topics such as abortion. It's - to a great extent - due to his Quora space, the Lifeguard Initiative, that many pro- life and pro-choice people have indulged in a number of healthy debates to clear their incorrect, pre- conceived notions concerning the other side.

If Master Lawyer isn't allowed to return to Quora, the momentary understanding and tolerance between pro-lifers and pro-choicers will probably be undone, and hitherto respectful debates between both sides shall almost certainly devolve into incoherent name-calling and personal attacks once more.

Hence, it is in Quora's best interests, and of the common people, that the good people at Moderation remove their unjustified ban on Master Lawyer's account, so he may once again help unite people of opposing viewpoints.
