We are at over 40 000 signatures now which is amazing and we thank you all for your support. We are planning to do a hand delivery of the petition to QLD premier Anastasia Palaszczuk and QLD Health minister Dr. Jeannette Young once we hit 50 000 signatures. So please keep on sharing.
Here are two quotes from Dr Jeannette Young that seem at best, inconsistent, and at worst, hypocritical:
"I have given exemptions for people in entertainment and film because that’s bringing a lot of money into this state and, can I say, we need every single dollar in our state."
"I will always give an exemption to someone who needs to come into the state because of a family reason and I have done that regularly and that will continue to happen."
