We have crossed 20,000 signatures overnight - we are so thankful to all the thousands of Australians standing in support with us and our simple request to see my dad before it’s too late.
We have done everything we could to minimise risk to Australians. We are fully vaccinated, willing to wear hazmat suits, carry tracking devices and limit our interaction when in Gold Coast. We understand that there are various restrictions in a pandemic and are willing to cooperate with local health authorities. All we want is for QLD authorities to recognise the urgency of our situation and let us see my dad.
We also just received the negative Covid test results from our hotel quarantine test from yesterday. That means we have had 3 negative tests in the last 5 days.

My Father is still in hospital and has been stabilised but still very weak. I think the fact that we're fighting hard and have been shown so much support from around the country has given him a bit of hope. But everyday that passes makes us even more anxious.
