Given the horrific case of 100 foxes and nearly 10,00 mink slowly starving to death and devouring each other for food while packed into tiny cages on a fur-farm in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.It is now time for the Premier to make a stand and urge for steicter laws and regulations for fur farms. Permits should be made mandatory immediately.
