Alex Jacquot is a 10-year-old boy with a dream. He has a dream to create his own airline called Oceania Express. He intends to fly routes that are majorly in demand and we want to have Qantas dedicate a livery for him. 

We as a community would be thrilled to have Qantas join us in this journey to help this kid achieve his dreams!
