Can someone please explain what 'New Evidence' they are referring to other than a 'Faulty Airbus A330 Aircraft' that tried to kill us all on October 7, 2008?

Airbus Group - I'm tired of the BS surrounding the secrecy behind all of this. Listen, Suck It Up. You know very well you are primarily responsible for all of this. Captain Kevin 'Sully' Sullivan, First Officer Peter Lipsett, and Second Officer Ross Hales saved not only your aircraft but your companies reputation and the billions that go with it. You lost the lawsuit and you didn't deny or admit liability as part of the conditions. It's public knowledge.

If you are still finding it difficult to honour these 'Men Of Valor' then please, at least have the moral decency to publicly apologise to the entire 315 passengers and crew. You owe it to them. Is that really too much to ask for?

What if it were one of your family members or friends on that terror flight from hell'. What Would You Do?

Finally, my question to you Hon. Ben Morton MP and to the Australian Bravery Awards Council - what do you consider an Act Of Bravery?
