Today's update will consist of several parts.
First, I'll follow up on the update of 14 March in which I asked law firm CANDEY, bribed by Putin's oligarchs, what they mean by "immediately". It was exactly the “immediate” filing of a defamation suit by which CANDEY threatened me on 28 February. A month has passed since then, and since my update with the same question on 14 March, two more weeks, but the lawsuit has not been filed. It looks like law firm CANDEY puts some special meaning into the word "immediately". For comparison, let me remind you that my relationship with CANDEY also lasted 1 month, but during this time I managed to understand what was happening and file appropriate complaints.
Second, due to the fact that I receive quite a lot of messages in which my interlocutors (mostly journalists) call my case shocking, wild, monstrous, or at least very strange and unusual, I wanted to make a selection of quotes (by the way, the same characteristic can often be found in the comments to this petition). However, the number of such messages and comments is very large, and I decided to limit myself to what I have already written - I HEAR SUCH A DESCRIPTION FROM ANYONE WHO HAS EVEN SUPERFICIALLY FAMILIARIZED HIMSELF OR HERSELF WITH THE SITUATION. An exception to this rule is shown only by the English judges who consider my case.
Taking into account that several judges were already involved in this case (at least, Mr Beltrami KC, Mr Justice Picken, Mr Justice Foxton, Mr Justice Bean), then we can already talk about the regularity (established pattern). But the English judges not only do not want to notice the shocking features of the story, they go much further – they not only do not notice the shocking facts, THEY DO NOT SEE ANYTHING UNUSUAL AT ALL. But even this is not all in their logic. English judges see the abnormality not in the obvious for all behavior of Putin's super-rich oligarchs (who constantly threaten to kill me, demanding that I drop the lawsuit; really tried to kill me; fabricated a criminal case, and so on), but in mine, and this abnormality consists, for example, in the fact that I exceeded the 75-page limit by three pages (although even the story with three extra pages is actually a fiction).
LET'S COMPARE THE ALLEGED THREE EXTRA PAGES OF TEXT WITH THE DEATH THREATS (EVEN AGAINST MY CHILDREN) AND DEMANDS TO DROP THE LAWSUIT!!!
Why English judges defend Putin's oligarchs so zealously and grotesquely, one can only guess, but I think that anyone in my place in such a situation would remember the words of the representatives of the oligarchs (who, in 2021 threatening me with murder, demanded that I assign them the lawsuit) that the oligarchs would bribe my lawyers (meaning exactly CANDEY) and English judges. These words have been quoted verbatim by me more than once, but because of the importance of the question, I will do it again.

The judge is guided, except for his wig, by his conscience, he is not guided by anything else, this is in any legislation of the world. Now, what would you say? What would a bribed judge cling to?

Now the fate of the lawsuit is in the hands of the Court of Appeal, and I wonder if there is at least one judge there who will finally dare to call a spade a spade and agree with all ordinary people who see in this case shocking behavior from the oligarchs. At this link, everyone can read my letter to the Court of Appeal today (in response to PhosAgro's letter) and in this letter, I again repeat the shocking things that Putin's oligarchs have done and are still doing and the shocking nature of which is obvious to everyone (except the judges).
And the last part of my update today will be a continuation of the previous update, which dealt with an amazing coincidence – namely, that it was on 17 March, 7 years ago, Putin's cronies fabricated the crazy criminal case against me, using their ties with Putin, and exactly 7 years later, on the same day, their patron Putin was officially recognized as a war criminal.
In this regard, I want to show the TV report from 2014 in which one of the oligarchs-defendants in my lawsuit (billionaire Igor Antoshin, former director of PhosAgro) participates in this staged TV-story with Putin. The main purpose of this staged propaganda story is to demonstrate the alleged concern of Russian students about the violation of the rights of students in the Ukrainian Donbas, in order to create another reason for Putin to unleash a war there, allegedly to protect the rights of the inhabitants of Donbas. “Russia will continue to defend its geopolitical interests, Vladimir Putin has made it clear” (2:30).
The war in Ukraine that the whole world is now watching with a shudder is a consequence of the events of 2014 and the propaganda in which my defendants took a direct part. The fact is that the students of the Mining University in this video, allegedly worried about the fate of Donbas, are dependent on the shareholders of PhosAgro, since the rector of this university is none other than the owner of a 20% stake in PhosAgro Litvinenko (a close friend of Putin), and the head of the Board of Trustees was exactly Igor Antoshin. Therefore, these people can also be safely called war criminals, and I am sure that sooner or later this will happen, and these oligarchs will not be able to corrupt the judges who will consider this issue.
