Great to see we’re starting to build real momentum - we’re now at 255 signatures and growing.
Every additional signature strengthens our collective voice and makes our opposition to the proposed solar scheme more visible to government officials, the media, and ultimately the company behind this oversized development, which benefits only the landowner and not the wider community.
I’ve also contacted our local MP, Kevin Hollinrake. Below is the response from his office:

Kevin does not sign petitions, as petitions can be edited and his name could be associated with changes made afterwards.
However, Kevin is aware of the issue and has met with local residents to discuss how he can support. He has written to the Project Manager of the solar farm to raise his concerns (email chain attached) and has also raised the case with Ministers. Kevin has asked me to pass on that he will do everything he can to support local residents.
