We Need to Keep the Pressure on the NHL & NHLPA

Our petition calling for systemic change across the NHL has fewer than 3,000 signatures.
We need to do better.
We’ve made one important change to the title to make the purpose of this petition clearer:
Push for the NHL and NHLPA to Implement Policy on Sexual & Domestic Violence
Having “Ontario” in the original title made it seem like this was an Ontario issue. It never was.
This is a call for league-wide change.
We are asking the NHL and NHLPA to implement a clear, consistent policy addressing sexual violence, domestic violence and child abuse.
This affects hockey communities everywhere. NHL players come from across Canada, the United States and around the world. The responsibility to address these issues must be just as broad.
Signing is important. Sharing is how we grow this movement.
If you have already signed, please take a moment to share the petition again. Send it to friends and family. Post it in hockey groups. Share it with people who believe the NHL can and must do better.
The goal is not simply to collect signatures.
The goal is to build enough public pressure that the NHL and NHLPA cannot ignore the call for meaningful, league-wide action.
We need clear policies. We need accountability. We need systemic change.
And we need you to keep speaking up.
Please sign if you haven’t, and if you have already signed, please share.
