There is movement here in Pueblo. A movement is underway to stop the senseless killing of adoptable dogs. The people of Pueblo are willing and determine and will not be deterred in fighting for Charlie. Julie Justman in a sense used Charlie to get back at this movement. Now Charlie is gone forever.
The people of Pueblo are not going to look the other way while this killing is going on in our city. Yes killing of perfectly adoptable dogs! The meaning of Euthanasia is for the hopelessly sick and hopelessly injured animals. Charlie was never sick or injured he was an unbelievable dog who just wanted to have a forever home. Julie Justman took that away from Charlie because she wanted revenge for making her look bad and cause her some discomfort. Way to go Julie Justman you just caused a movement that’s not going away. Pueblo Town Crier is calling for the resignation of Julie Justman Director of Pueblo Animal Services.
