Woohoo!!! The PUC has granted a waiver of their limo rule! (Couldn't have done it without support from everyone who signed) There's a catch. It's a waiver not a rule change and the waiver is limited to 2 years. What that means is that anyone who wants to use a Tesla as a limo in Colorado will also have to apply for a waiver because Tesla isn't on the "executive car" list. Even though it's a personal victory I still believe that this is a goal worth pursuing so I'll try and keep the petition going. "The petition of Ziska Childs, doing business as Climate Cab, for a waiver from Rule 6308 of the Rules Regulating Transportation by Motor Vehicle, 4 Code of Colorado Regulations 723-6, is granted, in part, for a period of two years from the effective date of this Decision."
